Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Apartment Maintenance Technician
Basic hand tools and a drill required
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Must be willing to take a background test
Certifications in pools, CPO, air conditioning, HVAC, or EPA are a bonus but not required
